Warranty & Customer Care

Ranipak Inc. products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions. Damages by accident, negligence, or improper care are not covered under this warranty. This warranty applies to the 48 continental U.S. States. If your Ranipak Inc. product fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we will either repair or replace the product.

To return defective products contact customer service at admin@yumcsupply.com for return authorization number. Upon obtaining return authorization number, send us the product and proof of purchase. All return freights are prepaid unless specified.

Return Policy:

If you purchased an item from yumcsupply.com and would like to return it within 30 days, we can issue you a refund or store credit. Returned goods must be in perfect, un-used condition with all original tags. All returns must be marked with a return authorization number (RMA) obtained from our warranty dept.

To obtain an RMA number, send an email to info@ranipak.com. Please include your invoice number from your original receipt, your name, address and contact information.

Returns will take 5-10 days to be processed after receipt in our warehouse.
